we stayed 3 Nights, the hotel looks beautiful. The staff are nice. but one thing i disappointed because we booked the rooms more than 2 months ago but they arranged our 2 rooms in different blocks and different levels and made us feel uncomfortable while we were family trips.

Beautiful hotel & we had a river view room which was lovely! We woke up every morning to see pine trees outside & a glimpse of the stream, simply wonderful. Hotel is not far from the outlet mall & there is a shuttle to bring you there which is convenient as mall is next to train station.

The room was a decent size and nicely decorated. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Not much around at a walking distance, but if you rent a car it’s ok. I would definitely stay here again.

The Indigo Karuizawa was by far, the best hotel we stayed at during our stay in Japan. The grounds were very modern and the rooms were amazingly well designed while being very spacious and quiet. Amazing spot to take a break during your Japan travels.

What a peaceful stay

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is good, the environment is beautiful and the place is neat and clean. I hope the hotel’s bars or restaurants can operate later. Apart from the spa and gym, we have no place to relax at night.

The bed was so comfortable!!! Location is very closed to Outlet and station. The taste of breakfast is good, but not many choices. We would rather try more local café for breakfast.
