"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date. "We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

"The owner and staff were absolutely amazing - kind, helpful, going above and beyond. While the hotel is not in the thick of activity, there are many beautiful views, peaceful mornings and evenings, and it is easily accessible to all areas of the island by car with some walkable. Plenty of free parking is available at the hotel. Cleanliness was top notch as well."

"We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great. Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled...

"I came to the hotel to find NO ONE around to check me in. Before I arrived I was told to notify the hotel of my estimated arrival. I messaged the hotel 2-3 times and had no reply. My flight had been delayed significantly so by time I reached Santorini my battery was very low. Once I got to the hotel, it was completely dark and no one was around to greet me. This was around 10:30pm. I had less than 10% battery. At this point I was panicked. I called the number I found through Expedia. No answer...

"Dimming was very helpful and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool is beautiful. Our room was good for what we paid for it. It was quiet and in a good location. Our only issue was the shower has a ceiling and wand but the knob to use the ceiling shower head wouldn’t stay on. Overall we enjoyed our time here."

Once you walk out of the hotel, you have to take many steps uphill walking until you reach the area with lots of shops and restaurants..etc. that’s the beauty of it though and you’ll get a work out! "Great villa very spacious with two small pools ideal for cooling off. We travelled with two children and the villa had plenty of space host was accommodating and communication via WhatsApp was great. Breakfast was generous and delivered fresh and hot. Overall great spot and large villa perfect for a family. To be extremely picky the downstairs aircon location is no ideal and doesn’t cool the whole bedroom. "
