"Great room, amazing view of you pay for it of harbour. Room in very good condition. The hotel reception is chaotic and busy, check in seems to take ages and not organised - a queue manager is required, but everyone seems to need lots of help to check in. It’s not calm.. breakfast was on - good range but again chaotic and busy,"

"The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used on the sheets (this has never happened before). They gave me new bedding and there were no issues - so I wonder if they weren't rinsed well. Very loud neighbors."
