"Another wonderful stay, great location for sporting events, short walk or tram ride to the local stadium and arena. Property is very responsive in communication, clean and recently remodeled."

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "

"Rooms in on 4th floor. Not suitable with heavy luggage. A small area of the floor is sunken. Basic facilities "

"There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside."
