Clean room, good location and staff were very nice. Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck.

The staff was amazing !! So friendly , happy to help with a big smiles on their faces. The only downfall was no cattle in the room , which any hotel should provide .

No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again

Good for what I needed

Averall good, not many expectations and I had what I needed: clean room, clean toilet and clean sheets...not the best area of Ostrava but 20 min walking from Beats For Love festival... room a bit too warm and noisy cause of the traffic

Udemærket 3-stjernet hotel, dog uden aircondition

Udemærket for et 3-stjernet hotel at være. Jeg havde et komfort-værelse, hvor det eneste der manglede (efter min mening), var: -Keddel og instant-kaffe/te. -En lampe over spejlet i badeværelset (man stod simpelthen i mørker foran håndvask/spejlet). -Air-condition .. der var op til 27 grader udendørs imens jeg var her, og eneste mulighed der var for at køle værelset ned, var at åbne de 2 store vinduer på fuld gab. Udover det, så var jeg meget tilfreds med sengen, parkeringsmulighed og morgenmaden i restauraten. Vil dog lige sige, hvis man vil parkere på stedet, så er der kun plads til ca. 30 biler på deres P-plads: Derfor, kom i god til, hvis du er i bil. Når klokken er 17:00 er p-pladsen oftest fyldt op.

The standard room was small with old and cheap furniture, but quite clean. Staff is nice and breakfast is also good. Anyway I expected more based on what I saw on pictures and hotel rating.

Gute Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war ganz angenehm, besonders das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet hat gefallen (Wurst, Käse, Omelette, Würstchen, warmes Gemüse, Cornflakes, Obst ...). Das Frühstücksbuffet konnte man auch nicht verpassen, denn um punkt 7:30 Uhr ging der hotelweite Wecker: Bauarbeiten im Treppenhaus des Erdgeschosses mit einem Meißelhammer. Die Fassade des Hotels und die Lobby wurde renoviert und ist modern, die Fenster sind schallisoliert. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist okay, guter mittlerer Standard würde ich sagen. In Sachen Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Das Bett ist bequem (=nicht zu weich). Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Rauchmelder habe ich in dem Zimmer keinen vorgefunden, auch nicht auf den Fluren. Verkehrlich liegt das Hotel auch günstig. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es keine 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Zu fuß sollte man etwa 25-30 Minuten einplanen.
