The Hotel was excellent. Spacious room, friendly staff and the restaurant was great for dinner at night. We couldn’t have breakfast, unfortunately, due to our early departures each and every morning.

The hotel staff are great, and they cleaned promptly everyday, The restaurant connected to the hotel serves delicious Italian Mediterranean Polish food. This hotel is a real special treat.

Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated! The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice terrace with views of Wawel Castle in the distance. The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance to the Old Town and even beyond that, much was easily walkable. While we didn't get breakfast with our stay, the restaurant next door worked with the hotel and it looked like their breakfast was delicious. We did stop in one evening for pizza and really enjoyed the wood-fired oven pizza. There are tons of hotels in the area, but I feel like Hotel 32 was very convenient and in a quiet part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

Really nice, clean, spacious room on 4th floor. Excellent location, Old town only few minutes away. Wawel Castle and river right next to the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast.

Very clean. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Very nice staff. Great location. Great value. Lots to see in walking distance. Breakfast good. Could use vegan options, but can buy vegan yogurt at store accross street. Will stay here again if I come back.

The property had works going on outside, which we didn’t know about when booking but the hotel was convenient altho a little tired. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was bakeries, cafes and a supermarket in the area around the hotel. It was very easy to walk to a lot of the sites and the Xmas market

Great location for price . A quick easy walk to old town. Had a hey Arnold room and the bed wasn’t comfortable but it was fine. Would stay here again as I’m definitely coming back to Krakow.

Although the hotel itself is clean and well located, with friendly staff - when booking, there was no indication from Expedia or the Hotel to inform us that there was massive road construction happening around the hotel - meaning excursion has to pick us up elsewhere, we were walking on broken pavement and cardboard just to get into the hotel and cars were unable to come up and down the street! So really wasn't the ideal situation for the trip so if you're looking to go anytime soon - maybe look for a hotel that's not in the middle of a construction site or book once it has been finished!
