Amazing stay

Very spacious comfortable rooms. The air conditioners are in excellent condition and cool the rooms very well. The whole flat was recently remodeled. We absolutely loved it.

Walkable, convenient location for getting transport links into the square and/or excursions like the salt mine. Contactless check in was easy and simple to do. Room is clean and spacious. Portable stove top and lots of cutlery/dishes/cooking utensils. Would highly recommend

Great spot, safe and secure. Keep in mind if booking a single room, the chairs,toilet and shower are quite small. I'm not the tallest person in the world and still struggled at times.

Fantastic apartment. I stayed here with my 15 year old son and we had a lovely time. The cake they made (upon request) was honestly the nicest cake I have ever tasted! The room was cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. I. Couldn’t fault a thing about the apartment. It was a little walk to Main Market Square, but this was a pleasant walk as there was a few things to see along the way.

Leo Apartments had everything I could ever want for a fraction of the price of a hotel. Everything was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It terms of proximity, it was a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Easy. The neighbor was fine. Typical. It was safe. I heard no noise from either the street or neighbors. I highly recommend it.

Had a great stay

We had a great stay, very happy with the apartman. It is in a great location, the old town is a 15min walk. The host was really nice and helpful, we didnt have any problems with check-in. The room was clean, had air con, all looked modern and well kept.

Amazing trip

It was an amazing trip got to do and see everything that we wanted. Hotel was in a perfect location nice easy walk to the square. The room was brill nice and big, cleaned and tidied everyday which was perfect. The staff are very helpful and check on you everyday if you need anything or have any questions. It was a great hotel would definitely stay again!

Silverfish in shower

had silverfish in my shower and it leaked. AC didnt work (it was 30°c outside) and bed was uncomfortable. i called about the shower and it wasn't fixed while i was there or offered another room.

First time in Krakow

First time visiting Krakow and we got so much help through email and all the information. The room look exactly like in photos the only one we can point out was the sink in the bathroom, otherwise the room was good. And the service was good, make sure the the card is hanging right. We hung the card to make the room, but didn't happend maybe because it was our last night... The neighbors could be a little bit loud so you could hear door opening and when they were walking above you. The location was good, when you out you could see a small like a street market and was like 15-20min walk to old town were you can find anything.

Nice enough but a bit disappointing

The apartment was ok but it looked nothing like the apartment in the advert I was expecting something much nicer. It was clean enough, but the condition wasn’t great, there were wires hanging off the balcony which was full of bird poo, electric sockets were hanging out the wall, bits of skirting board were loose off , towels were supposed to be changed each day but no one came in to clean, and no one has bothered to reply to my complaint. The apartment itself was quite noisy, other residents shouting and arguing. It was ok but not as nice as I’d hoped.

A great location to be in, only 10-15 minute walk from the centre. However, I extremely confused with the facilities listed on Expedia. The property describes a self service breakfast for a charge, when we asked a lady on reception when we checked in, she said there is no breakfast option, this was extremely disappointing as this was a huge reason we had booked this property. The rooms were comfortable and clean but not sound proof from other apartments and outside noise. Unfortunately our television did not work at all and when were in our room, early morning and early evening/night there was nobody on reception. The shower was extremely temperamental and often went cold. Tea and coffee facilities were nice, except we bought milk from the local shop. Would recommend for someone for a short stay but unfortunately would not return ourselves.

Place different then on the photos provided. The room i got was clean but the smell of the cigarettes was horrible 😕 they should band smoim the room or start replacing curtains more often. Another thing is that appartmemts are located on the building where day to day peaple are living normal occupants as in their home. As one living apartment was converted into 3 separate rooms they should state that its not an appartment its a room and the walls between the rooms are very acoustic so you can easily hear people next door. No value for money if i knew its a room i would get normal hotel instead for very same price in better location
