The whole hotel was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Clean and comfortable, convenient for everywhere in Krakow and the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. Will definitely be back!!!

The Loft Hotel - Adults Only
We stayed do 4 nights and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. The only problem with the room was it was too warm and hard to sleep in. We asked for it to be turned down at reception and it worked for one night and then was hot again. The hot tub and sauna ...

Great Polonia Kraków Kazimierz
The room was large, clean with good size bathroom. Lovely & warm. Location perfect. The only let down was no where to leave luggage on checkout however there is a luggage storage available in the square.
