The hotel was nice- the staff was attentive. There was a secure parking on site which was important to us. Slightly outdated hotel but good location in the middle of the city.

Dated basic hotel but clean.

Not many options available in this area. Hotel was run down and in need of modernising. Room was dated, bathroom was so small could hardly sit on toilet. Also teenage party the night we stayed so was very noisy u til 1 am.Breakfast was simple but edible.

Great location and price. Hotel needs updating.

Were visiting family in the area and this is supposed to be the best hotel in Kraljevo. It's located right on on the town square in the center of town with plenty of dining options in the area. Our room was very dated with stains on the carpeting , issues with the plumbing and a very small bathroom and shower. It clearly hadn't been updated in a very long time. On the positive side, the mini-split AC system worked great which was really important in the Serbian summer heat. The bed was fine. The staff was friendly and willing to help. It has a parking garage, but we just used taxis. Unlike Belgrade, all of the taxis in the area are metered with a consistent rate, so you can be comfortable getting one from the hotel or on the street. So overall, the hotel worked for us and the price was reasonable, but it was a little disappointing after the luxurious one we had in Belgrade. If we return to Kraljevo, we would probably stay there again.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und hat mit seiner sehr schönen Terrasse/Restaurant im 9. Stock eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Location für den Standort Kraljevo.

Don't Believe The Pictures

This hotel has seen much, much better days. I don't think there is a single room in the hotel that looks like the pictures, and while the lobby is more "modern," it does not look like the pictures. The hotel is integrated into a larger building, and the exterior has not been cleaned or the finish fixed/restored in many, many years. I realize that Serbia allows indoor smoking. However, you cannot just designate formerly smoked in rooms as "non-smoking" rooms without replacing the carpets, curtains, bedding, etc. You also shouldn't put an ashtray in the room if you want to keep it "non-smoking." The furniture was in pretty bad shape, and the bathroom, while very clean, was not in great shape. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the scrambled eggs were cold. While convenient, the hotel restaurant was not that great, and of course, it was super smokey despite having a "non-smoking" section. The one bright spot was the hotel staff. The front desk clerk who checked me in spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were also friendly and did a great job keeping an obviously run-down hotel as clean as possible.

Bijna perfect verblijf

Enkel het feit dat het ook populair is voor trouwfeesten was een klein probleem. Ik had een perfecte kamer maar die was recht tegen over de trap met geluidsoverlast als gevolg. Probleemloos een andere kamer gekregen.

快適で見晴らしの良いホテルでした。

クラリェヴォのバス・ターミナルから徒歩7-8分、目印となる円形広場沿いにあるホテルです。夜もにぎやかな広場で、周囲には飲食店なども多かったです。スタッフの対応は適切で、部屋は空調・シャワールーム等よく整えられており、WiFi環境も含めて快適に過ごせました。泊まった部屋からは広場を含め市街を一望できました。

Great location, but rooms in need of a facelift!

Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay at Hotel Tourist in Kraljevo, Serbia. The location is great, breakfast good, and there is free parking for guests. However, the room we got, really needed a facelift. The carpet on the floor was stained and damaged, and the same can be said about the wallpaper and furniture.

ストゥデニツァ修道院に行きたくて、フロントでタクシー手配をお願いしましたが、英語が話せるドライバーを依頼してくれたり、料金を交渉してくれたりととても親切でした。手配した日と実際にタクシーを呼んだ日は別の日でフロントも別の人でしたが、リクエストは完璧に引き継がれ、非常にスムーズでした。街の中心にあるので立地も便利です。最上階のレストランもおいしく、値段も安く、眺めが良くて素晴らしい場所にあります。建物も多少年季が入っているように思いますが、清潔なので何も問題はありませんでした。また是非泊まりたいです。

One night stay in city

The location is great in the center of the city. Although the room was supposed to be "non smoking", there was an ash tray in the room, and the room smelled like someone had smoked there. Also my room was facing the city square and with late night partiers being loud until 3 A.M, it was hard to get a good nights sleep. However, hotel itself was comfortable with a good breakfast buffet and great service.

This hotel could easily improve.

1) Water was not very hot initially but improved after complaint. 2) Extremely hard bed made for very poor sleep quality. 3) Breakfast was not great - extraordinary large room with large 10-seat tables, but fortunately not many people. Limited selection and mediocre quality of food and, particularly, coffee.

Cosy hotel in centre of town square

This is a cosy hotel in the centre of town. The room I received overlooked the town square which was quite nice. The room was not flash but was reasonable although the lift was quite slow. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
