"Hotels.com was misleading about the location of this property. I booked this as it stated it was in centre, which it was not. If I knew of the exact location, I would not have booked it. This was our first visit to Berlin and I did not expect the apartment to be across the road from a park for the homeless and to openly see drug use taking place. There needs to be more of an honest representation of where this property is located.
We received no check in details until I called to request....

"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light.
We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space.
The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"Solid place for the money. Bus stops a block away. 3 U/S stops 3 blocks away. Tons of eating options. Area near the church just north is best. Would stay in Numa in East Berlin if going back. That is a cooler area. Numa use of AI in customer service is highly annoying. "
