"Great stay"

"We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future."

"New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

"Family of 3, 3 month old kid. Booked the most expensive private pool room. The property is perfect for children. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it. However our room was a little let down. The private pool is amazing, clean and heated! There is also a jacuzzi in the room, also great but the room itself is a big letdown. There are 2...

"Very noisy and party time during weekends"

"Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…"

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."

"Staff not considerate during renovations. Very bad."

"Ejjshz"

"It feels like the hotel was built as a theme hotel in the 1960s and has not been renovated since"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Bimba and would definitely recommend it. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment I checked in. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of. They had a attached multicuisine restaurant , again a nice experience with the food and staff interaction. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Neat rooms and food was good. "

"Good place to stay. The property needs some upgrades."
