"Stunning hotel convenient to everything in Bruges. Supermarket is steps away but be advised it does not open until 830 am and most everything closes at 6 pm. be sure to take a guided tour of town otherwise you miss much of the history. Staff also pointed out places to see when we checked in. A hotel provided shuttle to/from the train would be nice. Overall fantastic."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn ’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc.
We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset.
The breakfast is excellent and the...

"So I dont often write reviews, but this hotel blew me away for its price and quality.
The lobby was built nice and smelled nice too with lots of antiques, the terrace on the side of the building was also really nicely built and facing a park/field.
It wasnt soo expensive but for the price I payed I got an excellent small yet simple room that smelled fresh and tidy with a nice bathroom.
There is a decent sized parking lot behind the building, and a cover parking that you have to pay for.
It sits...
