"Las habitaciones no son como las anuncian. Las camas no son del tamaño que muestran en la reservación y argumentan que todas las habitaciones son diferentes. No hay nada que hacer cerca, el shuttle para ir a esquiar solo sale a las 9am y regresa a las 4pm. El conductor del shuttle es grosero y le grita al personal del hotel y a los huéspedes.
