Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. "Room amenities were poor: no toiletries, other than a 2-in-1 shower liquid, and no tissue/toilet roll on my first night. Furniture was old and worn: bed sank, pillow too soft (charges for extra pillows), chair broken, air conditioner noisy, iron had burnt residues, and ironing board so torn like it just returned from the battlefield. Breakfast was average."
