The. Making price and services offered: free parking and WiFi plus 2 pieces of laundry per day. The rooftop bar with wonderful views. But most of all the sincere warmth and friendliness of zither staff and their desire to give a n exceptional welcome to their customers. Its what makes Malaysia the perfect holiday destination and makes this hotel outstanding.

今回はクラブルーム利用可のルームを予約しました。 前回の滞在ではリビング及び書斎付きの大きな部屋を利用したので、期待して部屋をみると・・・狭い！慌ててフロントに確認したら、リビングルーム・書斎付きの部屋はクラブルームは利用不可だそうです。予約の際には注意が必要ですね。 クラブルームは広々として、利用者もあまりいなくてほぼ貸し切り状態でした＼(^o^)／ なので・・・リビングなしても十分でした。 ジムや屋上プールには満足しています！

Great stay, fabulous staff

The place was wonderful, staff are amazing. I was in a one-bedroom but can't remember the room I was in, it ended in "18" right by the lift and wasn't that comfortably laid out, no real hanging out space, just a big hallway it seemed. But the bed was super comfortable! Again, staff were super fabulous.

Check in was easy, however, the room we got had strong paint smell and a dry blood stain on the bed sheet. We requested to change to another room and the staff were helpful, got us a new room and it’s clean and no smell. We enjoyed nice club lounge and the rooftop pool a lot. The soaking suit was not very clean so we skipped it. Overall a good stay, but some improvements definitely needed!

This hotel rated 4 Star however it can compete by 5 star hotels. It is located in good area with lots of restaurant in walking distance. Their breakfast range and quality is superb. highly recommend it .
