The hotel building and facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of varieties. Make sure you ask for a room with window view of the theme park. The view of the lights of the theme park and people playing in the theme park is gorgeous. There's the new big mall Central icity just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel. I LOVE this mall, it has everything you would need or want to buy. The mall is also very spacious, lots of shops and dining areas, and very clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I love the experience.

This location is distant from the hustle, bustle, and traffic of Kuala Lumpur, yet it’s only a half-hour taxi ride away, which is very affordable and easily arranged via the Grab app. The hotel is impeccable. The food was exceptional, and the service and staff were outstanding. The staff and management truly exemplify the Hilton brand. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Except for the location, which is a bit far from KLCC, all other aspects were fantastic. The food was delicious and varied, and all staff would greet you with a big smile. They consistently pay great attention to your needs with outstanding hospitality. The room was neat and clean without any odour, which I liked the most during my stay. I will definitely choose this five-star hotel if I go to KL again in the future.

Great place but don’t expect much to chill out

Location is good due to close proximity to mall and airport. Shopping and F&B at mall needs to improve with better quality food and better shopping experience . To give you an idea Setia city mall is much better . Night surrounding can be boring otherwise generally satisfactory .

Beautiful hotel and just opened in Aug 2022. We stayed 8 nights and by the second night the staff started to recongize us and greeted us warmly each time. The house keeping staff was also super attentive and helpful checking in on us in the evening to make sure we had enough water bottles and towels for the night. Extra bonus for being next to a mall with an outdoor walk path leading directly from hotel lobby to side entrance of the mall.
