"Easy access from KLIA when taking Express train. Walking distance from KL Sentral station and NU Sentral shopping mall adjoining to the hotel. Hotel provide luggage storage after checking out as my flight is at night. Hotel also provide gym toilet access to refresh ourselves before heading to KLIA. Great service! Staff are very friendly and accomodative. I am a return guest and will stay here whenever I am taking flight to KL for short trips."

"If you go to Kuala Lumpur, you must stay at this hotel!!! Walkable to KLCC Suria mall through the convention centre & tunnel. You don’t have to go out!! Unobstructed view of the Petronas tower and it’s just beautiful!!! Very friendly staff and super clean!!! "

"Great location - for night market, for pavilion and other malls, for MRT, for food options. Nice pool and bar. Has a self service laundry too. Rooms nice and clean, spacious, good bathrooms. Welcome drink juice, nice breakfast, and free juice and cookies in the afternoon. Excellent all around and good price."

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"Pleasant enough stay for 4 nights. However some things that made the stay not enjoyable, completely filthy under the bed, I’m talking crayons, plastic and all sorts. Did not feel safe standing outside all the time for a cigarette. On the last night there was a ‘party’ with a huge obnoxious group. Meant I could not enjoy the skyline one last time, have a drink at the bar, or smoke as they surrounded me, all drunk and uncomfortably close. Also the air con in the room is hard to regulate, either...
