Breakfast was excellent with many options from variety of cultures. Staff generally good and attentive. Room was clean - probably 90% clean (felt some bits were missed). Overall convenient and we had a great stay.

This hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants Great staff. Particularly, Ikram (porter/greeter) was very helpful in getting us Grab to leave during road closure and traffic was at a standstill. He got on the phone and talked to driver for us and made sure we were able to secure a ride. Such a big help on a chaotic day!

The hotel was very near to Pavilion Shopping Mall and within walking distance of Bukit Bintang which is a major shopping and dining area. Loved the stay here. Staff are extremely helpful.
