Staff took whole day to send over our extra bed. No extra cup provided for 3rd person and towel until we have to repeatedly mention it NO ONE CLEANED OUR BEDSHEETS and I had bedbug bites on my body after 1st night Miserable channels on TV - not for expats Their phone does not work, should throw it in the dustbin They said they ran out of coffee after our 1st night stay Disappointing, wont be back and will not recommend

The room's floor was sticky. Bathroom pipe wasn't properly tightened. Shower drain wasn't properly allow water flow. The bathroom will be flooded a bit after just one shower. Need to wait for 20 mins at least to have a pleasant shower. Housekeeping was okay at least. Elevator was a bit creepy with squeaky sound at the opening and closing of the door. Well, I didn't use it much because stairs felt much safer. Plus it was only two flights of stairs to my room.

Fahrulrazy, Kuala Lumpur

A good hotel for those who seek basic accommodation. Great for those who want to only sleep at night while spend the rest of the day elsewhere. Should put more signboards leading to the hotel. Almost missed the hotel's road entrance. No swimming pool, no bar, no kid's playground. Breakfast area located at the balcony on the 3rd floor. Be sure to book your room facing hotel's backyard, else you will hear noise of vehicles passing the main road in front of the hotel.
