"Excellent wifi and proximity to shopping malls and mrt. Fast checkout. Check in was frustrating. I booked the superior queen room but was given the standard queen room. Showed them the pictures posted on Expedia website but they insisted they had given me the superior queen. Finally they gave me one that looked closer to the room I booked. The aircon compressors outside made a continuous loud noise as long as the aircon was on. Renovation was going on outside my door - not a pleasant...

"Beautiful property in the centre of KL. It is a 10min walk to Bukit Bintang. Service was excellent throughout our stay and staff were polite whenever we saw them. Room was really nice with wooden floorings and automatic blackout curtains. Would definitely come back again if we visit KL."
