"The room is well equipped and clean. With the good location in Genting, Awana Hotel helps me to enjoy cool atmosphere, not cold like that in First world place. Also, I could walk around the garden there and swim in the warm pool outside. The staff is helpful also. For the travelling, thanks to shuttle buses, I could travel and visit many wonderful places in Genting without any difficulty"

"The property was so unclean. The towel smell bad. There was no toilet paper provided. Even thou we ask for it. End up we have to buy. The shower water was so small. You cannot even take a basic bath. Cups was smelly with a fishy smell. Bed was comfortable actually."

"There is no disposable slipper, no mineral water and no toiletries so have to prepare ourselves. Hotel location is the best with a lot eateries and shopping area around and plenty of seating areas to rest your foot. Overall is a good place to stay."

"Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. "
