"Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked. The attached mall is not fully...

Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :) shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also. the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no...

"The room is well equipped and clean. With the good location in Genting, Awana Hotel helps me to enjoy cool atmosphere, not cold like that in First world place. Also, I could walk around the garden there and swim in the warm pool outside. The staff is helpful also. For the travelling, thanks to shuttle buses, I could travel and visit many wonderful places in Genting without any difficulty"

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."

"The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...
