"1. Very helpful staff except for 1x (Emma) who may have issues with integrity. Other staff very helpful such as Paul and Porshia and others from the front desk.
2. Pool may need cleaning more frequently.
3. Food ordered from on-site restaurant takes a while to get prepared.
4. Lawrence is a great driver. Punctual. May need to work on being accessible through his cell phone though.
5. Any room related issues reported to concierge is addressed promptly.

"It's hard to get past the fact its the only major hotel in the city. It's old style design needs a major upgrade. The bedrooms are 3 star, not 4. The lamp shade in my room 1314, was crumbling and should have been replaced years ago. The fridge door was covered in grotty stickers, some partly scratched. The bath area had mould which needs removing."
"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"
"You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity."
