"The receptionist in the morning called me “hey hey” and with a gesture as if he owns me or like im his staff which felt discriminatory. Expect no english at all too. Facilities are old. There was no hot water and it was freezing cold. There was a bad smell coming as well from the shower. View and location was good and accessible. Bed was also comfy but everything else was outdated. Service however really needs big improvements. Teach your staff to treat guests with respect and be more hospitable. "

Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the location was convenient for a short stay in Rize. I would especially like to highlight the reception staff. "The room was fine, a bit small. Only 2 small paper cups for making coffee or tea. The "partial sea view" is really very partial - you have to really stretch to see a tiny bit of the sea. Hotel staff were not friendly. The breakfast workers were very good, but thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Overall, just so-so, we will not stay again. "

"We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This is a family run B&B bungalow. Yasemine, her mother, and sister were such a delight! They are all friendly, fast, and always carry smiles on their faces. Yasemine speaks some English, which made it even easier for us to communicate. The food is delicious! We were especially excited that the Mother makes a homemade dish every night. Being in Turkiye for a couples weeks now, we are so over the kebobs. I love that they grow produce on their property and use it in their dishes! The food is phenomenal! The bungalow is exceptionally clean and spacious with a view of the river. They offer WiFi, but with a choppy connection. If you absolutely need WiFi, have a backup. There is parking on the property. There's no elevator and you have to take your luggage upstairs by yourself, so don't over pack. Bring your own toiletries, as none are provided. However, Yasemine 's sister offered me one of wonderful handmade soaps as body wash. I would stay here again and again! Thank you for the best hospitality I've come across in Turkiye!"
