Nice accomodation with limited communication

Accomodation was nice and well located. The mezzanine bedroom is accessed by a ladder so not really suited to younger children but we fit a family of 5 with older kids fine and it was good to have a kitchen. Communication was challenging - no response to multiple messages and ended up just having to bang on the door and hope someone was there to let us in.

The room was comfortable, well equipped and had a great shower. The appartment location is great for the Soll town centre restaurants, bars, spar supermarket and has a free car park right by it. Communications with staff were very good. The reason I deducted a star was, firstly, the room wasn't warm enough, the radiators only ever get warm and it's not enough to warm up this basement room. Secondly, the bathroom had a clear glass roof and could be seen into from the apartments above if they were to look out of their windows.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Herbst verbracht. Die Wohnung war so wie im Portal beschrieben. Die Handwerker im Haus haben Rücksicht genommen und erst ab 10.00uhr ihra Arbeiten begonnen. Wir würden nächstes Jahr wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.
