"The trum wasn't working so it was very quiet. The location is near the train station, but it takes about 30-40 min walk to the old town. Or need to take trum from train station with EUR 3 for single ticket/6 for round ticket/9 for day ticket. Very few place for food nearby.
The room was nice and clean. We had problem with the drain in shower, but second day we met the cleaning person, she solved the problem although she couldn't understand English.

"We stayed at the Residence Inn for 8 nights. We had a king size bed that was the perfect firmness. Aitana, front desk receptionist, helped secure a stovetop for our room & was extremely helpful during our stay. I had VIP access and received a nice small bottle of medium sweet white wine. It was delicious. On my birthday, we returned from Ghent to find balloons on the bed and a lovely card & bottle of wine! There is a bus across the street that takes you to Ghent train station where you can...
"The property was very nice and unique! The staff went above and beyond. One example was carrying my luggage up the stairs (insisted) since it does not have an elevator. They also took time to write recomendations on a map for us during our stay. If I am lucky enough to visit Ghent again I will be certain to stay at this hotel again. The location was just perfect too. So close to the center and very walkable. It also had parking for those with a car."

Bien ubicado y limpio.. tiene suficientes baños , duchas y espacios comunes para sus huéspedes. Los lockers de las habitaciones son algo pequeños pero con suficiente espacio para dejar tus objetos de valor (puedes ocupar más de no están todos ocupados). Hay desayuno y algunos bebestibles disponibles con pago extra, pero con precios totalmente razonables. También máquina expendedora en caso de que necesites...
