"Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location and the hanok is well maintain. The housekeeping lady helped us to call the taxi and she even waited outside the street with us until the taxi turned up. When we checked in a gentleman came and cleaned our luggage wheels. He carry the luggage in the hanok. He bring a map and circle a few good restaurants around the village. Yes, we went to all the restaurants he circled for us. YUMMY!!!!! I will stay at this hanok again. "
"You have to self check in. I was lucky 2 local ladies helped me. One of them called the reception and the receptionist just gave the lady the padlock numbers to open my room door. And the walkway outside the room is muddy. Not a well maintain hanok. This is not the first hanok I stayed in Jeonju. I will not come back to this hanok again. "
