"Overall Impression While the general condition of the hotel is satisfactory and the staff were initially helpful, several serious lapses in hygiene, housekeeping, and data privacy protocols negatively impacted my stay.
1. Food Safety & Hygiene Concerns
During a visit to the downstairs restaurant , I observed approximately 10 to 15 fruit flies resting on the handles of two trays containing sweets.
Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

12. THE SOUTH PARK
THE SOUTH PARKKhuôn viên Nhà Thượng viện Đại học Kerala, 2,9 km từ Kumarapuram
7.2 trên 10, Tốt, (29 nhận xét)
"My stay was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite the confirmed 12:00 PM check-in time, I was made to wait until 2:00 PM without a satisfactory explanation or apology. The reception staff were unwelcoming, aggressive in their attitude, and far from customer-friendly. Instead of making guests feel valued, they came across as rude and unhelpful.
A warm welcome and courteous service are basic expectations in a hotel like "The South Park"and unfortunately, the experience was bad...

"It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too."
