"Room was spotless and clean everyday. We stayed for 9 days. The buffet breakfast was Western style and authenticThai Style as the chefs are Thais. As for the staffs they were all knowledgeable ,courteous and accomodating as to our needs. The 24hrs onsite gym has well stock modern equiptments...no waiting. The hotel is in the heart of Dotonburi,Osaka castle and many shopping and historical sites. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will return to this hotel again next year."

"Room size was standard for Japan, though I expected it to be bigger given the location. No bottled water provided, but there was a water pitcher and a refill station. Check-in and luggage storage were fully automated and very easy to use."
