"Das Hotel und dessen Einrichtung ist wunderschön, und wenn man in die Lobby reinkommt, riecht es sehr angenehm. Das Personal leistet auch sehr gute Arbeit; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Housekeeping hat während unseres Aufenthalts das Bad und den Balkon stark vernachlässigt und hauptsächlich nur die Betten gemacht. Das war das Einzige, was uns gestört hat, aber insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel sehr schön."

"It was a little noisy at the front of the hotel due to passing traffic, but on the second night they kindly changed my room to the back of the hotel where it was quiet. Young lads run reception and they are helpful and respectful if you need to ask them anything. Breakfast let the hotel down but I let that go as the rooms are spotless, large and modern. The hotel is right on the shopping parade so great for shops with easy bus routes. I'd stay at the Alice again. "
