"This hotel claimed to have AC, but the AC was barely working in our rooms. In addition, there was a live bug on our bed and the hotel staff was unable to do anything about it. We suspect it was a bed bug. They did not have a mini fridge in the rooms. The staff was nice, but the hotel is far from full service."

"Check to make aure that the room you’re booking has air conditioning or not, especially in the summers. Not all rooms have air conditioning and it’s an extra charge to get an air conditioned room. There is no staff in the hotel at night. And the hotel doors are locked at 10pm. So if you need something, yoobasically on your own. Otherwise for a short stay this was the only hotel close to where i wanted to be and the stay was ok"

"Awesome welcome by Alex who arranged for our rooms to be ready early as we arrived on an overnight flight and also gave us a tour of our suite. The 5 bedroom Flow suite was amazing, allowing our family of 9 to stay together with more than enough space including a giant living room. Amenities were perfect with a washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, common area with a self service drink/food system and ice water available 24/7 which was a hit with our family!! "The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It is a grand old hotel. However, the rooms are small and not well furnished for comfort. They are hard to live in. In our room there was only the bed and one small hard backed chair. There’s no place to set a suitcase other than to temporarily open it on the floor, and the only option when there are two people is for one to sit on the bed. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. "I would stay at the Gasthof Schoenegg B&B again in a heartbeat. For a true Swiss Chalet like experience this is it. The view from our corner room was something out of a dream. We slept with the windows open so we woke up to mountain views on each side every morning. The attention to detail for the breakfast is incredible.
