Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. "Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"
