"All things considered our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. When we booked we were informed about the construction work next door.. the week we stayed there was no construction being carried out, so we didn't encounter all construction noise. The view from our room was excellent. The location was perfect, right near the beach and a short walk to Pacific fair shopping centre. All.in.all.we were really pleased with our stay"

"Location was great and having onsite parking was perfect. Pool was good too and not too busy. Room was good, but the smell of carpet deodoriser was too much as we walked in. The washing machine didn’t seem to work properly which would explain the dirty cutlery and crockery. Hot water in the taps was an issue to get on, it would only heat up when the hot shower was running. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and when asking for some things you could see they didn’t want to get it for you"

"everything was great but we preferred our stay previously in room on 19th floor, this time 4th floor, definitely if staying longer would prefer higher floors otherwise clean, everything including washer and dryer, just perfect."

"The Phoenician at broadbeach is wonderful. We have stayed many times. Unfortunately this time the Appartement 2816 was very dated, mouldy tiles in the smallest bathroom ever. Very disappointing.The owners should update."
