"The location, view, staff and facilities at this hotel are 10/10. This hotel is an eco-village and the rooms close to the ocean side of the hotel don’t have any windows so no natural light. They have timber shutters which you can open but not too much as baby monkeys may get in. The shower is open air and has monkey rails so they can’t get in. There are no TVs as this isn’t the hotel concept. This hotel has a lot of monkeys, they can take your items you leave out, they are looking for food and jump in an swim in the pool so make sure you like monkeys when booking here!"

"This was a good hotel, and we’ll come back if we get it on sale again. I don’t think we’d pay full price. The rooms are very generous in size, beds are comfy, and the rooms and wider resort looks nice. But the food was pretty average - both the breakfast buffet and room service were just ‘okay’. You’d do better to eat out. Especially if you want something local - the nasi goreng. The Raddison’s version was pretty ordinary. That said, the hamburger was so yummy! The pool is lovely and big. It’s weird that you can’t get a drink (alcoholic or not) poolside until 11am. They desperately need to update their pool towels. They were pretty ratty. But, there was always plenty of space. The hammocks are great. So - all in all - I’d recommend the Raddison if you can get a discount."

"If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day."
