"Friendly staff!"

"Located in a quiet part of Nusa Dua, the Apurva Kempinski is a perfect place to indulge in Bali. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and the amenities should meet all travelers’ needs."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything made our stay special, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. We would definitely love to come back again! 😊"

"My room was not clean (dirty towels and bedsheets) but the check-in staff gave me the keys to my room and told me to go to the room. Housekeeping came later to clean it. Two days later, I was out all days from 8am-4pm and when I returned to room, I found my room not cleaned as before. Called Housekeeping again and they sent somebody to clean the room. Room service food was always cold (even coffee) because the kitchen is somewhere not near and they do not know how to keep the food hot/cold while...

"Upon checking in everything was excellent. Panca greeted us warmly. Our initial room was good but there was construction going on which was very loud and not conducive for resting when in room. We were able to change room thanks to Anissa .Other staff of mention is Ening ,Taria (Surfers corner) Nova ,Johanna( waterfall) Julia (waitress) Gilang, Puta(massage ) Ginara( Balinese folklore) Ginuwine Muda Meke (housekeeper for room 1271 Oct 9-16"

"Amazing staff!! So friendly and go beyond to assist. Breakfast even in room dining was amazing. Staff delivered food less than 30 min each time. Room was very clean and beach view was awesome too! Overall - great experience in very nice area. Tour guide told us this is very safe location."

"Rooms should be cleaned in a reasonable time frame. In our case, we left our room early in the morning and, when we got back in the mid afternoon, it was still without service. Not cool when you are on a vacation and wish to be back to a clean and tidy room. Simple when one is paying what one must pay to stay at this Hotel in Nusa Dua."

"We spent 10 days at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. It is beachfront to one of the most beautiful and private beaches in Bali. It was wonderful to explore other areas during the day, evening, and night, but even more amazing to return to a beautiful resort with such peace and tranquility. The staff is outstanding, the breakfast offers a great variety of international cuisine to suit everyone's tastes, and the spa provides excellent massages. I don't have a single complaint.
