The staff will go above and beyond for you, they do so many little things without you realising, this is high level hospitality only possible when you are in a smaller hotel. A little example is them knowing when we have gone to breakfast so they can quickly make up the room before we’re back and similar with turndown service. "The checkin experience was disappointing as they had given our room to someone else and made us wait for about an hour even though we only arrived by 6 pm. Furthermore, they didn’t supply us with adequate soaps and the room had many mosquitoes. We did purchased buffet dinner to find that there is hardly any vegetarian option so my family went hungry in the night. Breakfast again has not many vegetarian options. Service was a notch low considering the cost per night. "
