"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were fantastic and really added to the overall experience, and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Wiwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful when we had to make unexpected changes to our reservation. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making a potentially stressful situation so much easier for us. Overall, this hotel is truly a gem. Between the breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"I was looking for a property to host my guest for my upcoming birthday party. I had high hopes for the place because the pictures looked so good. Saddly, those were old photos. This was the most rundown property Ive ever seen. The food was subpar, the condition of the property was -30, and at checkout, when asked how the stay was. I was TRYING to tell her my experience, and she spoke over me say great, everything was good. I was shaking my head and saying no, but she just went on like I could have possible say anything positive. When the place was a dump!!! "

"recently stayed at Hideaway Residence in Bali and had such a beautiful experience. The place was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was very good — fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable throughout our stay. The house was spotless, and housekeeping made sure everything was cleaned daily, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. The apartment itself was stunning. The vanities, equipment, and all amenities were in excellent condition — everything worked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the property. And the pool… absolutely exquisite. It was one of my favourite parts of the stay — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Tree House! We were in the ‘Honeymoon’ treehouse with the retractable roof - loved every square inch of our little home. The gardens in the resort were lovely and well kept. The small restaurant was very nice and the food terrific. The breakfast was included and it was fantastic!! Staff were all so friendly. We would highly recommend. So unique!! The site next door is a construction zone but they don’t start hammering until 8AM. "

"Resort is well laid out with access to a lovely private beach and the gardens are very well maintained. The restaurant needs an overhaul. We enjoyed a morning yoga session and the Gym is small but functional. Our villa was tired looking. The bed wasn't comfy and the sheets and pillow covers didn't smell fresh. The nightly rate reflects that the resort has seen better days"
