Love this property!

This was the vest way to end our trip all around Bali. The Villas are huge, very private and wonderful to just escape away and hide in. Your private pool is wonderful, and the bedrooms are massive. We loved it. The only negative is that there is not much around, but that was fine for us as we hardly left the villa during our 2 nights. Will definitely be back.

The villas were beautifully laid out- We enjoyed the private pool and overall layout of the villa. Staff was friendly, although it wouldn't quite be the service you'd expect at a Western 4 or 5 star hotel. (when we checked in, the receptionist wanted to use our taxi to take our luggage to the room. the taxi was not our private driver, and the room wasn't ready for us to even check-in yet, so we were confused why the receptionist wanted to make our taxi wait to bring our luggage to the room). However, overall i feel they put in a lot of effort to make it an enjoyable stay. The bedroom was clean, although there were a few bugs (but we know that can't be completely avoided). Free room service breakfast, which we didn't utilize.

Very nice!

This Villa Hotel is unique, nice and quiet, perfect location between Ungasan and Pecatu! Nice private pool with great lounge area and very nice rooms. The staff is great! Good restaurants are near by only 30-50 k rupiah.

The staffs are very friendly there. Particularly when we arrived hotel at late evening of 13/4/17 and room service was not available, the staff drove us to get dinner which is much appreciated for his hospitality. Only some decorations or facilities of villa need to be fixed and wifi not worked at villa (room)

The Dreamland Spa and Resort lived up to it's name. Our private villa here was something right out of what I dreamed my vacation to Bali would be, and the staff was nothing short of amazing with their service the whole time. Highly recommend!

17カ月の幼児を連れて、4泊滞在。 良い点：プライベートプールが大きい。この宿泊費で、この大きさのプライベートプールが楽しめるとは思わなかった。 　　　部屋が2つに分かれているが、広い。グラスなどのアメニティも充実している。 　　　歩いてすぐのところに、マッサージ店が３つほどあり、1時間半で1500円程度と割安。 　　　また、そのあたりにあるレストランも何気なく入ったが、美味しかった。 　　　遠くに行かなくても、ヴィラと近所の往復＆プライベートプールを楽しむ・・というコースで良かったのかもと思う。 　　　ベビー用の朝ごはんは無料サービスしてくれた。 悪い点：洗面所に蟻がたかっていた。 　　　　バスルームは綺麗だが、シャワーの出が強すぎる？調節が難しいもので、とても使いづらかった。 　　　　基本的に、近所でも送迎はなし。 　　　　車で5分ほどのところにある美味しいタイ料理のお店を紹介してもらったが、そこへ行くのもタクシー。 　　　　タクシーが安いバリながら、近所をまわるタクシーは、それと比べると割高。 　　　　最寄りビーチまでの無料シャトルバスはあるが、送迎時間が決まっているうえに、便数が少なく、 　　　　結局タクシーを使った。 　　　　しかし、なぜか、帰りの空港までは無料で送迎してくれた。 結論として、「値段のわりには、満足」というところ。

Intimate, charming getaway

The staff is very friendly, polite and responsive - from reception desk to room service. The staff in the restaurant even kept asking for feedback and any gaps to fill in terms of service levels. The food was very good and delicious. The villa is very charming and intimate with its own pool. The only thing that could be addressed is the living room space couldn't be closed up, i.e. it is fully open air. During daytime it's great but as night falls in, would be nice to be able to sit indoors. One ends up going back to the bedroom and just stay there. Same is with the shower which is outdoors. All in all, a nice getaway for two!

Wonderful getaway

Loved staying here. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and attended to any questions or needs. The villa was gorgeous and very relaxing to have your own space to just unwind. The room service staff were always friendly and nice. I was there during the Hindu New Year, so I just stayed at the hotel (due to Bali's policy for that holiday) except the last day when I was checking out. They had a complimentary ride to the airport. After I checked out, I had a few hours to kill before going to the airport so I used their local tour driver to take in some of the local places around this part of Bali. The driver was helpful and professional. When I returned, they still allowed me to have my 15 minute complimentary foot massage even though I was now checked out, that I had not had the chance to do while checked in. I loved this place and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing and Unforgettable

Me and a group of 8 friends stayed here for 3 nights and just this short stay was enough for us to feel sad when leaving. The staff service was more than wonderful, greeting us everytime they see us and would ask us about our activities for the days. They definitely treated us like family. Special mention to Made and Susilah who made our stay so beautiful. We are sure to go back to stay the next time we come to Bali. The price of the hotel is very reasonable for the 5 star service standard they provided us with. This trip was incredible partly because of the stay in Mahagiri. There is also free transport to several locations. We highly recommend this place to stay if you are looking for a great place to stay in Bali. 9.5/10

The private villa was beautiful. The staff was friendly. If you're going to get a massage make sure you choose the oils option (otherwise it's painful).

Excellent Villas

The villas are outstanding. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive, as the entire resort consists of only 7 villas. Residents also get use of the resort's drivers - to/from beaches, restaurants and tours - either complimentary or, if you are reserving the driver for several hours, for a very reasonable fee. We would definitely stay here again.

Great villa, good food, great staff

The villa was absolutely perfect, beautifully appointed, pool was nice and outdoor shower very romantic. The villas are set up very well and very private. The food was good either served in your room or in the resteraunt. We had the most relaxing and romantic week ever!!
