This was my second time staying here, and once again, the experience was excellent. My positive impressions from my first visit were exactly what brought me back, and I can confidently say that I made the right choice.
A special thank you to Nikita at the reception. We arrived quite late at night, and he welcomed us in a very friendly and professional manner. He handled everything perfectly and kindly provided us with a beautiful upgraded room with an amazing panoramic view. His hospitality made our arrival especially pleasant.
The rooms are fresh, modern, comfortable, and very well furnished. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the level of service makes you feel genuinely welcome.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Nikita, for another great experience. I will definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi.
