Visited Kiev for the first time. I was looking for something more affordable than the big chains, but something that had an excellent location and great service. The location is fantastic, it's a short walk to the Golden Gate. The staff are friendly and most importantly the room was very clean and had everything I needed for my trip. I would happily stay here again and recommended it to others. I didn't use the hotel's restaurant, but it looked nice. I would add that there are excellent restaurants near by. You can get food delivered using the Glovo app, which is exactly like uber eats. And Uber taxi's are so cheap to get around if you don't want to travel by foot.

Supert opphold!

Vi ankom til hotellet kl 3 på natten hvor vi ble tatt imot av en hyggelig resepsjonist som også snakket bra engelsk. Vi var litt sultne etter reisen og hotellet tilbydde oss å lage greske salater med litt brød. Dette var helt supert og veldig bra service å gjøre dette så sent på natten. De tilbyr også tidlig frokost for de som skal reise/eksempelvis en dagstur som starter tidligere enn når frokosten åpner. Dette måtte vi benytte oss av den ene dagen. Kl 06.00 fikk vi servert ferdiglagde sandwitcher og et eple, og en kopp kaffe. Frokosten er god med et greit utvalg. Stilrene hotellrom med bra aircondition. Akkurat utenfor hotellet er det ikke så mye å finne på, men etter 15-20 minutters gange kommer man til sentrum med masse butikker og restauranter. Anbefaler alle som skal besøke Kiev å benytte seg av appen Uber, da det gir halve prisen av det taxiene tar!

I did not like the area the property was in, very shabby. The staff all though very nice and tried to help, their knowledge of places to visit was very poor. No leaflets etc of places of Interest in the Hotel.

It was newly renovated with modern design. The hotel common areas as well as the room were very clean. The staff was friendly, professional and spoke good English. My only complaint was room service. They only have one entree a night available and the menu does not list that entree properly. I got the grilled chicken. It was terribly dry as if it had been cooked the day before and then reheated in the microwave. Apart from this, my stay was excellent.

Rezervasyon yapıp orada odayı görünce ödemeyi düşünüyordum, oraya gidince hotel göründüğü gibi asla değil, 4 yıldızlı görünüyor ama 20 odalı, odalar hareket etmeyecek kadar küçük, resepsiyonda ki insanlar laftan anlamıyor, kalmak istemiyoruz ama fiyatı alırız yine de diyorlar. Yanı 1.5 saat lobide kavga ettik bir gece kalmaya razı olduk ve hic keyifli değildi. Sizlere de ulaşmaya çalıştık ama asla ulaşamadık.

they steal your money

they charge your card at the check-in for possible services additionally to the room price and never reimburse the amount back. in other words, the hotel steals your money. you have to run afterwards to clarify what is going on.

部屋も清潔でした。部屋にサウナがあって驚きました。 ただ、有料の朝食がキエフの物価を考えると非常に高かったのですが、その内容が満足できるものではありませんでした。 そのため、朝食無しで宿泊することをお勧めします。

Guter 4 Sterne Standard in zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ zentral. Für Geschäftsreisen oder als Paar ist das Hotel meines Erachtens sehr gut geeignet. SPA oder ähnliche Annehmlichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden. Es ist ein typisches 4 Sterne Hotel, sauber, sehr gepflegt und absolut in Ordnung, aber kein Luxushaus in bester Lage. Preis/ Leistung ist durchaus in Ordnung.

Werde wiederkommen !

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht Englisch. Die Zimmer sind mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet sehr sauber schönes Badezimmer. Der Zimmerservice könnte noch verbessert werden. Für meine Bedürfnisse war das Hotel optimal ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen aber in der Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine französische Bäckerei und gute Restaurants sowie Geschäfte.

very friendly staff, speak English very well, clean and newly renovated rooms - but small, clean/nice bathroom - not even spacious, breakfast - did not have it, good place (you can walk to the city) but expensive - in relation to other cities and comparable hotels.

Ruhiges komfortables Hotel

Ich habe das Hotel beruflich für mehrere Nächte genutzt. Ich habe selten so ruhig übernachtet, das Zimmer war auch top. Fühlte mich sehr wohl dort. Ich persönlich fand's auch nicht schlimm, dass das Hotel nicht im Zentrum liegt; zu Fuß kann man alles gut erreichen.

Kleines Hotel Nähe Zentrum sehr ruhig

2008 eröffnetes bzw. komplett renoviertes Hotel, etwas zurückgesetzt von Hauptstrasse, sehr freundliches Personal und gute Preise für alle Serviceangebote, Zimmer zwar klein aber ordentlich ausgestattet und sehr auber, zu empfehlen👍
