"Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen in Ordnung. Das Bett war schrecklich und im Bad gab es zu wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten und Handtuch Halter gab es gar nicht. Sonst war das Zimmer gut und der Meerblick fantastisch.
Das Essen war mega! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sowohl vom Frühstück als auch vom Abendessen Buffet begeistert. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl und jeden Abend ein wechselndes Thema.
Vom Wellness Bereich haben wir nur den Pool genutzt und der war gut.

"Breakfast was excellent. It was a great deal included with the stay which included a good selection of cold continental buffet. You were also able to select one hot breakfast from their menu too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The room was clean however noticed some parts were aging (rust in bathroom) and sometimes dusty in the room. No fault of the hotel but after using the taps or toilet there would be a lingering “sewer” smell.
Overall I would still recommend as the hotel...

"The view from our room was lovely. Even by European standards our room was quite small but storing bags was made easier by an armoire. The bath was a lovely treat after a long day of hiking but make sure you have your shampoo, conditioner, etc as they are not provided. There is a standard liquid soap provided. "The weather was not so good with several days of rain and the hotel has 7 separate blocks so to get to reception or the dining room means getting wet. "We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. "Situated in a great location between Buggiba and St Julien's this hotel has something for everyone. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great value for money, the views from the hotel across the bay are fantastic and also the courtyard rooms are really quiet and get the sun in the morning. "Offered a larger room at check in which was nice and spacious for our needs. Front desk called an hour later to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a decent room service menu and a few restaurant choices close by. As of Mar 2026 there is quite a bit of new construction going on so it may get quite busy. Concierge was helpful to give tips for day trip to Gozo. Didn’t use the outdoor pool in March but facilities look lovely."
