"Lisboa Parque Guest House, is a Sham, a Scam, at 2 P.M,0n the 29th when I arrived , they told me it was closed, they asked me, Who sent me there ,I said I booked on line through Expedia Travel 3 weeks ago, they had no clue, long story short I was abandoned in the street, in panic mode, had to pay extra to stay in W.O.T Patio Social, out of pocket 157 Euroa, and again 126 Euros on the 21 st to the 28th of October to complete my last leg of the trip, Expedia should look into right away and...

"Everything was great, though apartment floor was not cleaned just bathrooms"

"Enjoyed using this as our home base to explore Lisboa ! Close to metro and bus stops, busy street that doesn’t take too long to get an uber, nice kitchen and multiple bathrooms that were always available and clean. Room was more spacious than expected and the small patio to look at the main road was nice as well!"

"I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well"

"We stayed here twice in 1 week. The Room is big. Bathroom is large, clean and comfortable with many mirrors. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff especially since we got TWO early checkins. Good location. Just outside the downtown area. Very busy hotel with Lots of action. I DO recommend."

They communicated extremely well, providing very clear directions to check in. I was nervous about that, having poor experiences at another property without front desk staff, but this was easy to navigate. In a nice part of the city, outside of the very touristy area and close to bus stops and fairly close to the metro. A slight smell in the...
