"The hotel is nice and so is the staff; however the hotel is often very busy and this impacts the service …especially at the restaurant. If you get a room with a sofa bed- be prepared, it is old and uncomfortable. Otherwise, we enjoyed this resort."

"An excellent experience from arrival to departure, the front desk staff were most helpful and accommodating. The 2 queen bed room was spacious and easily met our needs."

"In general the hotel was clean and the staff was so helpful. Rooms were refresh everyday, which we really enjoyed. But the gym was to small and not enough equipment that why I didn't use it. Breakfast was great, but after 2 days we lost appetite as it was almost the same every morning. Thanks for having we will come back again if we have a chance to visit Quebec City again."

"It is a beautiful hotel with great beds, pillows. Tall ceilings so that even the small room feels somewhat spacious! The room and bathroom were very clean, the housekeeper was amazing! Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!"
