Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc.

A hotel to come back in L'Aquila

It is a nice hotel, just in the downtown, close to everything. Staff is great, always trying to do their best to help you. I would come back.

Soggiorno l'aquila

Albergo senza dubbio bello, con delle mancanze tipo il carrello x trasporto dei bagagli, essendo nel centro storico non è possibile parcheggiare x scarico, l'auto va lasciata per poco tempo nelle vie adiacenti La camera era grande e spaziosa, il bagno grande ma senza un adeguato appoggio per il beauty, solo una mensolina, sarebbe sufficente uno sgabellino, nessun appoggio x gli asciugamani che sono appoggiati sul calorifero distante dal lavabo. Nella camera non funzionava la luce in entrata che dava luce anche all'armadio, ho chiesto di sistemarla ma non l'hanno fatto. Non funzionava nemmeno il tasto non disturbare nella porta, fatto presente mi hanno rispisto che non funzionava ma in camera almeno un cartellino da appendere alla porta potevano metterlo. Nel contesto tutto il resto andava bene, sia la colazione varia e la cortesia del personale. Posizione ottima in centro dove c'è ampia scelta x pranzo e cena. Se non fosse per quelle mancanze sarebbe top ma da un hotel 4 stelle io lo pretendo.

Classico 4 stelle in palazzo d'epoca. Alcuni dettagli un po' vetusti che non influiscono sul soggiorno. Letto comodissimo, camera molto ben insonorizzata ed ottima colazione. Posizione super centrale e parcheggio in strada nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo

Not every room looks like the photos on Expedia, however the reality is just as good. It's a very unique place, just completely delightful and wonderful staff. Great restaurant and staff there as well. I would definitely return.

Una meravigliosa città

Per la prima volta vediamo l'Aquila, seppure solo dopo il terremoto terribile del 2009, è stata una splendida scoperta. Base di appoggio della vacanza è stato l'hotel Aquila, nel centro città. E' un hotel a mio parere, meritevole delle 4 stelle attribuite, camera tripla davvero spaziosa, attrezzata per disabili, come tutta la struttura, il chè ha significato il sacrificio del bidet, ma pazienza, d'altronde fuori dalla Italia è consuetudine. più importante è offrire la possibilità a chiunque abbia qualche forma di disabilità di poter soggiornare. La pulizia è a un livello elevato, la gentilezza del personale pure. Unico neo, la colazione, non troppo abbondante e non troppo varia. Certamente consiglio questo hotel per soggiorni.

A very nice hotel in the centre of L'Aquila. Beautiful smallish room with everything you need for a short stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Wifi works well. Good breakfast, for Italian standards a very nice assortment. Recommend, would surely come again.
