"Reception is on 8th floor, so you need to use a lift. If a lot of people arrive at same time eg a coach party), you can wait a long time just to get in a lift! Rooms are very small with nowhere to store clothes. Everywhere is clean though and hotel is close to team and trains"

"Very nice staff, nice hotel and reception. Breakfast could be improved. Coffee was awful, bread was just ok and the cooked section was a disaster. Looked like the same reheated stuff every day. Didn't see anyone touch it, and I don't blame them."
