"Hotel check in is sort of late - 5pm, but they will store your bags for you while you go out and explore. Concierge/bell man Chad was super friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring Old Quebec - only a 12 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac. The room service menu is good and very reasonably priced. Cheaper than eating in the area restaurants. "Very nice hotel, comfortable, modern, clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. Exterior heated pool in a winter setting a very nice bonus. Interior parking very handy and safe. Staff was very polite and eager to help. Had dinner at the Bistro restaurant, excellent food, and service. Our stay was for three nights for Christmas shopping and visiting the sights of this beautiful city. Absolutely no regrets! Highly recommend this hotel."
