Après un horrible séjour de 6 nuitées à New York nos trois enfants et nous mêmes avions vraiment besoin d'un lieu pareil pour oublier nos péripéties newyorkaises. BRAVO à tout le personnel et aux propriétaires de l'agréable Villa Engracia Hotel y Apartamentos Pour leur parfait professionalisme qui permet de rendre notre séjour aussi agréable. Agréable séjour pour 2 nuits. Le complexe est grand. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. L'appartement était confortable. Résidence au calme.

Estuvimos en un apartamento de dos dormitorios. El entorno es estupendo para familias con niños. Está en plena naturaleza alejado del pueblo. Tiene un área enorme de entretenimiento deportivo, con pistas de fútbol, basket, voleibol, la piscina descubierta es grande y está muy limpia. El personal del hotel y recepción muy amable. Por contras decir que todas las instalaciones son muy viejas. El apartamento estaba desangelado. Cortinas arrastrando y cada una de un color, las ventanas de madera del año de .... las camas sin colcha, la cocina apenas tenía menaje, ni un mantel, servilleta, paño o vaso de agua. Tampoco tenían aire acondicionado y estábamos a más de 30 grados. Por no hablar del sinfín de escaleras. Nos tocó un apartamento alto y entre cuestas y escaleras una persona mayor se deja la vida . No lo recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad. El parking queda lejos de los apartamentos y tienes que arrastrar las maletas por gravilla cuesta arriba o por escaleras. Te dan un plano al checkin y arreglatelas. A las 22h cierran el bar del hotel. Tienen una terracita de verano que toda la noche está cerrada salvo días puntuales. Está a 500 m del monasterio de Poblet y a 4 km de las cuevas. Pero no tienes una tienda en km como no bajes al pueblo. Dicho esto, es un lugar bonito, por la localización (el cuidado del jardín deja mucho que desear, hay muchos árboles centenarios moribundos y demás plantas que no han visto el agua en años ) y es muy tranquilo.

Ideal, son acogedores, profesionales, me acogieron como en familia y demostrando ser muy resolutivos dado el imprevisto que hubo en ruta con el vehículo y me ayudaron sobremanera a solventarlo para poder continuar el itinerario de vacaciones restantes Gracias a Gustavo que fue todo un genio y artista solucionando lo ocurrido con el paragolpes delantero así como Martí y Nadia tan amables, simpáticos y denotando gran resiliencia y profesionalidad con los clientes. Un lugar bucólico e inolvidable al que volvería sin duda alguna

Excelente relación calidad-precio

Buena ubicación, cerca del monasterio de Poblet. Aunque la habitación es pequeña, la cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno, excelente: fiambres, bollería, cereales, fruta.......y recomiendo también usar el servicio de comedor. El personal muy amable. Lo único a mejorar, el cuarto de baño.

Estancia muy positiva.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, nos han atendido muy bien. Desde el hotel se puede ir caminando al Monasterio de Poblet y se pueden hacer rutas de senderismo muy interesantes. Los desayunos completos y con buen servicio. La habitación un poco austera.

Repetiriamos si fueran petfriendly.

Es un hotel con encanto, los estudios con su chimenea son cómodos y agradables. Escogimos este hotel ya que indicaban que aceptaban mascotas pero en realidad salvo en la terraza no hay libre accesibilidad ya que en el desayuno no puedes acceder con ellos y tampoco puedes dejarlos solos en los estudios... No es un hotel petfriendly. Destacar la tención y servicio del personal.

Ja havia estat a les instal·lacions de l'hotel, ara m'he allotjat en un estudi. Pel que fa a l'aspecte general del complex, en el seu moment deuria tenir un gran encant però ara s'observa el desgast dels anys tant en els espais exteriors com en l'estructura i mobiliari dels apartaments,fet que convindria tenir present de fer un canvi d'imatge. Per altra banda cal dir que la renovació en la piscina ha estat tot un encert, fa molt goig.

Realmente la recepción (no me acuerdo de su nombre), fué extraordinariamente simpática, amable, atenta. Mi experiencia superó las expectativas, la habitación es silenciosa y muy cómoda, pasé una muy buena noche de descanso. Y el desayuno INCREIBLE. La localización es perfecta, acaban de abrir, les deseo todo lo mejor a partir de ahora! Repetiré!
