"The Front Desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was nice with bacon, sandwiches, fruits, breads and comparable with others we had in Spain. Attached subterranean parking garage is convenient. Hotel lobby/atrium, dining area are very nicely decorated. Even though the hotel is technically in Villa Seca, it was close enough to easily drive into Tarragona. The Air Conditioning was fine."

"An excellent place to stay. We had a garden suite with terrace which was spacious and well furnished. The grounds were beautiful also, nice pool area. We would definitely stay here again. Our only disappointment was the food. The dinner was somewhat slow and when the food eventually arrived it was quite dry (monkfish and the chicken). At the high cost, I would have expected better. The waiter was quite surly also. In contrast, the breakfast food and service (by a different group) was wonderful."

"I was not a fan of this hotel. How does a hotel not have blankets on a bed? That is very odd to me. I had to ask three times for blankets for the bed. No one "staffed" the cafe/ bar area. If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. "Very quiet room, large, comfortable bed, good WiFi, very hot water, nice shower. Fairly easy to find a parking place by the park in the parallel street behind the hotel, thus avoiding the exorbitant hotel parking fee. Very helpful and pleasant Reception staff. We had one of the best meals of our trip at the hotel, which was surprisingly good value. Carrefour next door was useful for buying s few food items and the train station is only a mile away. "The hotel is pretty. A big problem during my stay was that the hotel advertised as keeping the outdoor pool open till 28 September, but they closed the pool on 21 September (which was disappointing as it was 30 degree sunshine everyday) and one of the staff members was quite rude in her approach. They admitted the hotel advertised incorrectly but offered me no compensation or rectification. It meant no guests staying this week could sit around the pool because they decided to change their terms...
