"We missed our flight and i tried to cancel my booking shortly after making the reservation.The booking was to pay at the hotel, but i could not cancel through expedia or by phone. The hotel charged my card even though we never arrived and i never authorized a charge."

"Absolutely wonderful! We arrived before the scheduled check-in time, the staff were happy to oblige. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room, which has a delightful patio/balcony area with swinging chair.
