"Massimo was the consummate host. So helpful and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated in La Caletta. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by. "
"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
"It’s a beautiful seaside town the hotel is clean and well kept family owned!! They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping with luggage etc breakfast was nice and the location is excellent may restaurants in walking distance and good parking !! "
"In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing"
"A very beautiful hotel right by the sea. The entire staff (owner, reception, breakfast, cleaning staff) is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Great breakfast, beautiful and very clean rooms, and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We come here every summer for five weeks and always have a wonderful time. Thank you ❤️"

"The staff at Terradimare were wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. Location is just a short walk to San Teodoro and super convenient to a market. The pool was lovely. We had a small issue with our room and it was rectified immediately. If in the area I would definitely stay at Terradimare again. "
